FORNES & SALAS is an auditing firm based in Barcelona since its establishment as a regular collective company in 1981 and transformed into a limited liability company in 1998. It is registered with Instituto de Censores Jurados de Cuentas de España with number 35, and in the Registro Oficial de Auditores de Cuentas del Instituto de Contabilidad y Auditoría de Cuentas with number S0156, the oldest one of those registered in Catalonia and one of the oldest registered in Spain.

The main activity of the Firm is the auditing of accounts, in the broadest sense, as well as the exercise of all those functions, activities and work recognized for auditors in the legal regulations.
